My name is Whitney Joseph and I am
currently an Intervention Specialist in
Ohio. I am in my 16th year of teaching and
have taught 1st, 2nd and 3rd grades as a
classroom teacher. I have taught
kindergarten through 5th grade in special

classroom teacher from preschool up to
third grade. I am licensed to teach as an
Intervention Specialist from kindergarten

Acres of progress is a qualified service provider through Ohio ace!
Families who have been awarded funds from the Afterschool Child Enrichment
Education Savings Account program (ACE) have more time to spend their money. The
deadline for families to spend funds was previously July 1, 2024 and has now been
extended to September 1, 2025. Please note, that the ACE program is fully
subscribed, and no more accounts may be awarded. The extension applies to families
with existing accounts only.

Learning Aid Ohio
I am a Learning aid ohio provider
In response to remote learning during the COVID-19 pandemic, the Ohio
Department of Development Disabilities (DODD) partnered with the Ohio
Governor’s Children’s Initiative and the Down Syndrome Association of Central
Ohio (DSACO) to provide support to families who may need supplemental learning
assistance outside of what is provided by their IEPs. In July of 2024 the Ohio
Department of Education and Workforce continued funding Learning Aid Ohio
